Active Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

• Lactobacillus acidophilus 16 billion CFU
• Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis 4 billion CFU

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule a day after a meal.

Children 3+ years: Take 1 capsule every second day. Separate capsule and mix contents with unheated food or liquid. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
